This site explains Valen Client Care and lets you request a free retention review. Sending a form does not create a service agreement, set a price, or guarantee that a desk will be available or appropriate.

Your numbers

The calculator performs arithmetic only from values you enter. Its result is not a prediction, quote, promise of recovery, or statement that a cancellation could have been prevented.

Information you submit

Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not place customer records, account credentials, payment information, or other confidential material in the public request form.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.
• Do not use automated requests to disrupt the form or its delivery systems.

No service promise on this site

The public site does not state prices or guarantee timing, saves, chargeback prevention, appointment attendance, or any other business outcome. Scope and responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing.
